CO.A.SI. was established in 1997 on the initiative of
some farms operating in honey production, pressed by the need
to exploit a product - honey - which in this area (Zafferana
Etnea, a town on Mount Etna slopes) is a reference point.
Sicilian honey, well known for its organoleptic features, is particularly appreciated both for variety and high quality standards. |
